Admissions to Degrees
Members eligible for admission to Degrees will be notified by the Board of Graduate Studies and told to communicate with
their Praelector. The College Praelector for this purpose is Dr Elisabeth Leedham Green, from whom all the necessary
instructions may be obtained. Members cannot be presented for their degree while any balance on their College account
remains unpaid. Members being admitted in person are usually entertained to lunch by the College, with their guests,
before the Congregation. Dates of Congregations in the academical year 2007/2008 are as follows:

- 21 February 2009
- 21 March 2009
- 25 April 2009
- 16 May 2009
- 27 June 2009 (LLM & MB, Vet & Maths Part III only)

Tickets for the ceremony can be collected from the Porters' Lodge from 12 noon on the day.
Important Times

15:00 hours - Candidates at Darwin College

Candidates, without their guests, please, should come to the Darwin
Common Room at 15:00 hours with their gowns and hoods, so that we can
make sure that these are correctly worn and have a short rehearsal

15:50 hours - Leave Darwin College
-
All candidates will be ready to leave college by 15:50 hours.

16:05 hours - Guests at Senate House
-
Guests should be at the Senate House at 16:05 hours.

17:00 hours - Expected session end

The session for Darwin College candidates at the Senate House should be over at 17:00 hours.

17:30 hours - Tea in Darwin College
-
Tea will be served in college from 17:30 hours.
