Hardwick House

New for October 2017

Hardwick House is a newly built property consisting of two blocks.
Block A has 14 full en suite single student rooms in total, five on each of the ground and first floors and four on the top floor.
Block B has 12 full en suite single student rooms over two floors, six on each floor.
Each level in both blocks has a shared fully fitted kitchen, including fridge, freezer and washing machine.

The showers in each room will be cleaned by a member of Housekeeping on a weekly basis.

MOTOR VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS

5 Ashworth Park

5 Ashworth Park is a one bed-roomed flat set in a quiet area just off Kings Road. In the sought after location of Newnham, just a short walk from the main college building, but with good access to the City, all major roads and local amenities.
Electricity and internet are not included in the weekly rent. Council tax willl be payable for any partner who does not have student status.
Four weeks deposit is required for a flat  which will be charged to your College account shortly after arriving.
The weekly rent is £182.49 for the 2018/19 academic year.

1 King's Road - Flat 4

1 Kings Road was orginally a pub called The Hat and Feather which has since been renovated into a block of four flats for couples and two small two bed roomed houses.
Flat 4 is a studio flat suitable for a couple.
It is just over half a mile from the main college building on the corner of Barton Road and Kings Road.
Electricity and internet are not included in the weekly rent. Council tax willl be payable for any partner who does not have student status.

63 Eltisley Avenue Upper

63 Eltisley Avenue Upper flat has two bedrooms suitable for a couple and a child.
Eltisley Avenue is in the Newnham village just half a mile from the main college building.
Electricity, gas and internet are not included in the weekly rent. Council tax willl be payable for any partner who does not have student status.
Four weeks deposit is required for a flat  which will be charged to your College account shortly after arriving.
The weekly rent is £205.80 for the 2018/19 academic year.

62 Eltisley Avenue Upper

62 Eltisley Avenue Upper flat has two bedrooms suitable for a couple and a child.

56 Eltisley Avenue Upper

56 Eltisley Avenue, Upper is a one bed roomed flat suitable for a couple. It is the only Eltisley Avenue flat with a shower.
Eltisley Avenue is in the Newnham village just half a mile from the main college building.
Electricity, gas and internet are not included in the weekly rent. Council tax willl be payable for any partner who does not have student status.
Four weeks deposit is required for a flat  which will be charged to your College account shortly after arriving.
The weekly rent is £223.09 for the 2018/19 academic year.
