Alumni and their guests are welcome to join current students and Darwin members at Formal Hall on Fridays in term-time. Each Formal Hall has an allocation of 10 places for alumni (including their guests). Additional places may be available upon request.
Alumni are entitled to two complimentary Formal Halls per year. These free tickets apply to the alumnus/a only and cannot be transferred to guests. To redeem, please email alumni@darwin.cam.ac.uk at least five days in advance of the Formal Hall you wish to attend. Please note complimentary tickets cannot be used against Christmas Formal Halls.
Please note that the Alumni and Fellows’ Formal Hall is a special termly event, including a pre-dinner drinks reception and complimentary wine, at which alumni and their guests are invited to dine alongside Fellows and Senior Members. This is booked separately from the ordinary Formals.
