Congratulations to the Darwin College Boat Club, who participated in their first international race since 2018 over the weekend, sending a Women’s 8 to Dublin for the Trinity Regatta.
“Fielding a W1/2/sub composite crew, we had an amazing time exploring a different river, and facing some new competition, and some rare side-by-side racing practice,” said Leah Rosen (PhD Bioinformatics), the Women’s and overall Captain.
Beaten in the quarter final by Galway Rowing Club, the crew nevertheless did Darwin proud, and we are delighted to see the College rowers back on the international stage.
